The Inclusion Dividend Certification is a rigorous, evidence-backed certification awarded to employers who demonstrate consistent LGBTQ+ inclusion across policy, benefits, representation, and culture. The programme includes a 90-minute orientation, a 45-day evidence submission window, a structured PrideShow audit, and — upon passing — a 24-month badge you can display on PrideShow, your careers site, and your 56-1 One Report. Certified employers also appear in the PrideShow Directory at the top of search and get preferential placement at PrideShow 2026.
