Thailand based specialist health, personal accident and travel insurance company established in 2014 and built upon a heritage of involvement in the Thai market going back as far as 1957. We are part of the Pacific Cross Group of companies, Asia's original and leading specialist in the administration and management of health and travel insurance. The group established Blue Cross Thailand in 1981, which was then sold to BUPA in 1996. Re-entering the Thai market in 2001 as Med-Sure Services, health and travel Third Party Administrator, we are most well known as the administration team behind the leading health and travel insurance brand LMG Pacific Healthcare. We acquired a majority stake in licensed Thai insurance company Borirak Insurance in late 2013 and the business has been recapitalised and rebranded as Pacific Cross Health Insurance PCL. Our business is focused on supporting brokers and agents and the complex requirements of their clients. Our products include personal and group health insurance with flexible options from budget plans through to the most comprehensive and sophisticated world class executive plans; inbound to Thailand and outbound travel insurance (Schengen Visa compliant) and personal accident plans. The key to our success and growth has been our staff and brokers and an attitude of caring for our customers beyond the policy alone. Pacific Cross Health have actively been involved a a variety of community outreach projects and promote a healthy life style in the community by educating via different media channels. In addition to offices in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia, 4 service centers are in the process of being opened to support brokers and customers in Hua Hin, Hat Yai and Phuket, scheduled to open in 2016, with the Pattaya location being the first which opened in December. Over 2016 online sales will be further developed and we will expand into Myanmar. It will be an exciting year.
