

Group Lease Public Company Limited or GL was established on May 6, 1986, undertaking automobile hire purchase business in Bangkok and upcountry. On October 2004, the company listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand and in 2007, APF Group became major shareholder by taking over the company. From 2011 the company had reform the managements and started the rapid expansion to ASEAN market, GLF in Cambodia in 2012, GLL in Laos in 2015 and GLFI in Indonesia in 2016. Now the business model had been shifted into ‘Digital Finance Company' which create a new original market combination of Point Of Sales network and E-Finance system network.
